Silentnight. Sustainability Voice Framework & Film

Challenge

Across their whole supply chain, Silentnight lead the way in the sustainability stakes. From searching out natural resources, to boosting energy efficiency, they constantly find solutions to meet their science-backed targets. Their only issue was communicating all this great work, as well as their future goals, to the business’s internal stakeholders.

Solution

We worked with Silentnight’s top communications people to establish a Sustainability Voice framework that captured all these factors. And absolutely echoed the brand’s DNA. Supporting this, a short info-packed film laid out the company-wide sustainability initiatives, business KPIs in their area, and approach to new product development – while key people from the business shared their thoughts in straight-to-camera interviews.

Results

The framework is being rolled out and film content is being finalised as we speak.
