Check out a new installment of Inside Hip-Hop each and every Friday!

Lil' Wayne and Birdman performed "Pop Bottles" on Jimmy Kimmel Friday night. Maybe next time he can unzip his jacket with no problem:

That kiss between those two wouldn't have been so suspect if Wayne didn't dance like a girl.

In other news, according to the Daily News, an industry insider is claiming that Jay-Z is in talks to start his own label with the head of Warner Music Group a, Lyor Cohen. The rap mogul, born Shawn Carter, may name the label "Carter Music Group."

According to the insider, "He wouldn't mind having a small label for the talent he discovers. He might just put out three or four records a year. He'd let somebody else do the heavy lifting."

In more Jay news, Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige have announced a 25-date co-headlining U.S. tour that will start March 22 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. The tour has been dubbed "Mary J. Blige & Jay-Z: Heart of the City."

You can catch them at the dates below. And even though Jay-Z left Def Jam, he still owes the label a greatest hits CD and a new album which is slated for release later this year.

Heart of the City tour dates:

· 3/22 - Miami, FL @ American Airlines Arena
· 3/26 - Baltimore, MD @ 1st Mariner Arena
· 3/27 - Uniondale, NY @ Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum
· 3/28 - East Rutherford, NJ @ Izod Center
· 3/30 - Philadelphia, PA @ Wachovia Complex

· 4/5 - Greensboro, NC @ Greensboro Coliseum Complex

Tickets go on sale February 15. More dates to be announced.

Since we're on our video game this week, here's another one featuring Young Buck on a radio show talking about 50 Cent and G-Unit:

Here's what 50 had to say about it when he appeared on Kay Slay's radio show: "It looks crazy because he just ain't there, then you come back and see the tape and he ain't there, but it's not what people think it is," 50 told Kay Slay. LISTEN HERE.

Also, remember that Making the Band bullsh*t choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson used to do with Diddy? Check out her new, whack video here.

And if anyone cares, five-time Grammy Award winner Missy Elliott is giving fans the opportunity to name her new album, due out on Goldmind/Atlantic late Spring 2008. Fans can enter immediately via Missy's website, www.missy-elliott.com. The contest closes on February 20th and the winner will be announced on March 2nd. The winner will receive credit on Missy's new album and a $500 "Respect Me" adidas gift card.

That's what's up for this week, SMH. See you next week, you know what it is, Inside Hip-Hop.
